I've noticed that sometimes too but when I log into the server the server load doesn't seem high. Could be something else.
I will keep an eye on it, and mention it to the host if persists (probably will).

Seems to happen, as noted, when not busy. You'll have noticed? I'm an early riser......this happens with seniority, but then I always was thus.......but often around 05-06.00 the site can be slow with no obvious reason, unless the server is powered down at times of low use.
