What criteria do you use to keep a topic alive & at the head of the list?
This section for instance has quite a lot before the latest dated issue crops up but I can understand that in relation to the operating queries that may arise regularly from members.
But, why does "avoid future banking crisis" for example, still occur at the top of "non-optical" when no one has commented for ages on it?

I have demoted the banking thread to a normal thread. Apparently they are implementing the separation of retail and investment banking.
